Shanique is a highly accomplished litigator with a wealth of expertise in the areas of
commercial, banking and regulatory law. With an illustrious career spanning over 13 years,
Shanique has appeared in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and the Judicial Committee of the
Privy Council. She has successfully represented leading financial institutions and government
agencies, guiding them through various complex and high stakes matters.
Shanique is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School where she was the Valedictorian and is
now tutoring Civil Practice and Procedure. She is also a member of the Jamaican Bar Association
and Chairperson for the Membership Committee.
Her extensive experience, coupled with her sharp analytical skills and keen attention to detail,
enables her to provide strategic advice and craft innovative legal solutions for her
clients.
Outside of her legal pursuits, Shanique enjoys participating in marathons, playing touch rugby
and reading.
